I`m having a problem with a customer's account. He can receive emails by logging in with email@domain.com. Now he enabled the spam assassin and spam box. This is supposed to create a spam box with the username email@domain.com/spam...

The thing is we can log in with email@domain.com but the login with the username email@domain.com/spam is beeing rejected. I have done this before and it was always working so there must be some bug in Cpanel or on my server's setup... Does anyone know the solution ?
