If I was to purchase "Owned License 250" how can I upgrade that later on? Say after 7-8 months I wanted to purchase Unlimited Owned License, how would that be possible? Would I have to pay $500, or is there a upgrade fee? Also if I have to pay $500 again for a new license, what do I do with my 250 license, and how will i be able to use my current database with the unlimited owned license? :confused:

For the upgrade, you have to pay for the different between 250 License & Unlimited License.

Your 250 license become Unlimited. To effect your license, you need to upgrade/re-install.
How will i be able to use my current database with the unlimited owned license?
Download new version of MB and run upgrade. Don't forget to download your database before upgrade just in case.

You just need to update your license data after you buy the Unlimited one in 7-8 months. An actual upgrade using the install files isn't necessary. ModernBill staff should be able to help you with this after you purchase your unlimited license.

There is no upgrading option on their website, I think they should provide these details on their website.
I belive I will have to contact Modernbill when I need to upgrade?

Okay, I have one more question... when you integrate eSupport with Modernbill, will you be able to display the helpdesk out of modernbill or just inside? Because I want to be able to display knowledge base outside of modernbill for potential clients, allow potential clients to send in questions through helpdesk.
Is that possible or not?
