How are they, I actually have them, now, but I havent been able to use them in a functional manner, havent got my site up. Anyways, whats your thoughts on it.
About billing programs, whats a good billing program to use, and be able to impliment it with WHM?

For one thing, a lot of people are waiting for a decent user guide for them, I know I am :)

Well that sounds like a good statement. I have one, dont know if it is that good.
Hopefully.
WHM/CPanel work well - it's really just a matter of getting used to them, plus there's a few bugs still to be ironed out.

I give CP/WHM a thumbs up. we use both plesk and cpanel here. I kind of wish we'd stop selling plesk, oh well.
If you go with cpanel their a 3 things you will need to remember when you run into a bug/problem.
1. Run /scripts/upcp
2. look to see if their's a /scripts/fix<problem> script
3. Look on http://support.cpanel.net if your having the problem so is sombody else and usually it's very easy to solve.
oh ya, and since you mentioned skins, always test the problem using the default skin. Alot of people out their making skins are the ones with bugs.
