I know I could ask them directly, but I think I may get a more honest answer from anyone here who uses the software. Also, they don't seem to have a pre-sales forum, so I'm kinda out of luck. Well here goes.

1) In the online demo, I see both companies and the companies' clients under 'Contacts'. I assume these companies and clients are the only e-mail addresses that the system will accept tickets from, correct? If not, is there a way for me to keep track of who may contact the system and who may not?

2) Do the companies who have purhchased support plans have access to the ticket system so that they may add more clients? May I limit how many they may add? If not, each time a company gets more clients and purchases support for them, would I have to add their new clients into the system one-by-one?

If I think of more I'll post. Thanks guys, appreciate it :)

Maybe you should direct this question to CerberusWeb. We use it and its an excellent tool :)

But with regards to 1). I believe anyone can send you tickets, its not restricted just to those in your "Contacts" list. The benefit of having a contacts list is when someone sends you a ticket, the system will match their email address with that contained in the Contacts folder and already have their contact details.

Bro, my best suggestion is to install the free version, that is exactly the same software in the full version, but only one email address to assing.

Do your test, ask for a little help in their forum and see using your eyes if the system is for you.

If you want it at final, you only have to change your license and your software will work :)

I must add that their forum has one of best support teams available! The software authors themselves are posting there even NOW (Xmas time!). Your best bet will be to ask them directly.
