I have stopped Exim and POP, my Directadmin is running only web, DNS and email external servers, for eg my domain abc.com in Directadmin, if I send form to say abc@abc.com , it will go to the locally DA created POP account, not to my external abc@abc.com. I cannot seem to be able to delete the locally created DA account how do you solve this problem?

Exim should have a localdomains file in /etc just remove the domain from the localdomains and then restart exim.

This is not cpanel bro....

/etc/virtual/domains

is the file you need.. Exim should pick up the changes with out you restarting it...


but i noticed you said you are not using exim? How are you going to send the mail then? You need some form of smtp server running.

Beats me I stop Exim the forms always send normally except to the domains inside the DA server, it sends anywhere else normally
