Hi

I got a really odd problem with registerfly. I hope someone can help me with this:

1. I wanted to reregister a domain name I had with registerfly a few days after it expired.

2. I couldn't do it with my credit card, since I would always get an error message "name not found"

3. Customer care told me to add funds to my account so they would register with me

4. I added funds for three years and asked them to go ahead

5. Today the customer care mailed me that they can't pay for the name since it's with enom and not with registerfly.

6. The whois really not the same as normally with registerfly, my nameservers have been changed, but the initial registration date and my other whois data is still intact. They reregistered my name for one year and took the funds from my account.

Does anyone have any idea what happened to my name and how I can get control back over it? Maybe you guys are more performant than the regfly support.

BTW: Here you can see the whois of my name: http://www.whois.sc/humanisticrose.com

Was the domain name yours and you let it expire? The domain name seems to be within the 30 day grace period so it could be renewed Looks like enom might have moved it to their default account instead of regfly's this can happen if enom has a DB issue. If the name was yours and it expired, just request regfly to ask enom to move the name back to their account. Once the name is back in regfly's account you should be able to renew it.
