Hello all, I have recently purchased a reseller account and was interested in finding out if there is anyone that would be interested in starting a support partnership. What I mean is this, obviously I can't be on the computer 24 hours a day waiting for a support question to pop up. I would like to find a few people interested in a support partnership. So if i'm not online and one of my customers needs live support, the other partner would take the question and help the customer, and in return I would do the same when i'm online and the other is'nt. this woul dbe VERY helpfull as I want to offer my customers the best possible host I can. thats the reason I started this thing, I got tired of hosts that offered this or that and never came through with it.
Im not sure how this would have to be setup, or if it can even be done, but it would be VERY helpfull if it were possible.
Or do any of you know of any company that does 3rd party support?
Thanks in advance everyone, and happy holidays to you.

There are quite a number of companies who does out sourced support (eg. www.bobcares.com), you might want to look into them...

Sounds like an intriguing idea! Partner with somebody a few timezones away (or perhaps on the opposite end of the world) so it makes sense to both of you. That is, unless one of you is a nocturnal animal. :-)

Merry Christmas folks!

I think you would get a better response if you would have posted this in the Related Offers and Requests forum (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=48) ..

Ok Sorry I did not read this rule. I have seen so many others doing this so I did not think anything of it. My bad.

Thanks for pointing this out.
Sorry:eek:
