I have a SLES9.1 server (local intranet system) with exim installed, iam trying to send mails to hotmail, yahoo, etc.... but in vain

exim is running and 127.0.0.1 line in /etc/exim.conf is commented. I am not getting any mails in my hotmail account and above is the logs.

PLease advise
