Understand that, as I'm also looking at what kind of support they are providing.:( Anyway, they are based in Australia, so if even, they provide a number, most likely it would be an oz number :confused:

Anyway, phone contact number is not a fact that I look into it when I look for hosting service and which is why I'm still hosting with someone that have online chatting system even though in term of price wise, none of them are providing me a good price that I wish they are.

So, this is which why I bring up the question when is the live chat service ready.

I know this is out of topic, but I wonder why some hosting providers can provide toll-free support number but not online chatting service? Don't their technical personel attend to the toll-free line? Doesn't online chatting service more cost effective? (Since 1 technical personel can attend to multi-session of online chatting service but not speak to a few customers at the same time.)

Sometimes support ticket system or email is much better than live chat support since the support person can get the email, look at the problem and try to solve it. While in live chat, the customer would be waiting and if the support doesn't reply to him he may think that he's being ignored. Although this can be avoided it is still an issue with some hosts.
