Ok, here's yet another wacky poll. Inspired by a thread about 15 year olds...
I think the title and options are pretty self-explanatory.

I think the title and options are pretty self-explanatory. cperciva 02-12-2002, 06:39 PM Oops, I meant to have an option "Not interested, waiting until marriage" in there. If you want to vote that, please wait until a moderator comes along to add it. DjPaj 02-12-2002, 06:44 PM Hmmm..this should be an interesting poll, seeing as how you really can't see who voted for what so most people will vote truthfully, later on in the week, I wanna see the results to see if we live up to the assumed "computer geek" stereotype. Although the trend is changing, the tide is turning, and the ladies know that not all of us "geeks" are ugly and geeky anymore, we are more wealthy and good looking than ever, except of course for those of you with "computer ass". :D HAhahaha, j/k. Walter 02-12-2002, 06:53 PM Why only options "getting some"? Why not another "getting much"? cperciva 02-12-2002, 06:57 PM Originally posted by Walter Why only options "getting some"? Why not another "getting much"? Two reasons: First, we're limited to 10 poll options. Second, some/much is subjective, while some/none is (well, excepting US presidents) objective. Walter 02-12-2002, 06:59 PM Ok, now I get it. But you should advise Chicken to change the thread title from "Sex life?" to "Sex life? Don't vote if you are president of the USA!" The Prohacker 02-12-2002, 07:14 PM Sex is fun, and a great way to meet people of the opisite sex! I've been 'doing it' since I was 13 :D cperciva 02-12-2002, 07:20 PM Well, interesting results so far... everyone is interested in sex, and their chance of getting any doesn't depend at all upon their relationship status. (For the record, Oxford's proxies make it impossible for me to vote in polls, so the above does not reflect my own personal opinions.) Skeptical 02-12-2002, 07:45 PM I guess from the poll we can conclude that no one's "too old" nor "too young" to enjoy sex hahaha.... DigitalXWeb 02-12-2002, 08:14 PM Originally posted by Walter Why only options "getting some"? Why not another "getting much"? What is it, that your are getting?? I must have missed something in the marriage vows... :D :D :D JTY 02-12-2002, 08:59 PM Who said geeks couldn't have fun... :) I think my answer is obvious. Dexter 02-12-2002, 09:08 PM where's the unattached, not getting any, but desperatly trying to? :D :D cperciva 02-12-2002, 09:29 PM Originally posted by Dexter where's the unattached, not getting any, but desperatly trying to? :D :D I think the "trying to" is implied by "not getting any" and *not* "not interested". jimb 02-12-2002, 10:22 PM looks like no-one here is too old :D :D :D ahhhh...the wonders of viagra!:D Jim SoftWareRevue 02-13-2002, 01:02 AM :cartman: Does this have to be sex with another person actually in the same room with you and everything? :stan: Not that there's any thing wrong with that. ProSam 02-13-2002, 01:14 AM Originally posted by SoftWareRevue :cartman: Does this have to be sex with another person actually in the same room with you and everything? :stan: Not that there's any thing wrong with that. LOL!!! Rewdog 02-13-2002, 02:02 AM Same question as SWR, he just beat me to it. :( Oh and how about sex with self? IE my favorite recliner, hands, feet, toilet paper rolls, Stuffed mrs piggy.... Not that I'd do anything like that :D JayC 02-13-2002, 02:35 AM Long-distance relationship, which means getting nothing (for the most part; ok, the occasional exception because I have some really good friends) for weeks until a week like last week. (Which, not-so-coincidentally, was my birthday.) OK, I guess that's "Attached (to bf/gf/fiance/fiancee), getting some"... right? But neither of us would call the other "bf/gf/fiance/fiancee" so is that still what you'd call "attached?" Sorry if this makes little sense but it's late and I just got home from being out with a really good friend. JTY 02-13-2002, 10:33 AM I think the next poll should be: for those that are getting some, is it good? :) perpetual 02-13-2002, 10:42 AM Would this be classified as "adult content"? If a customer had a forum about sex but had no images, we'd technically be able to ban them :D Walter 02-13-2002, 01:13 PM Originally posted by JTY I think the next poll should be: for those that are getting some, is it good? No. It's just the same as with hosting: No one asks for quality, only quantity. ;) mahinder 02-14-2002, 09:48 AM I think sex is very necessary to keep your mind stable. specially in the age of 16-26. The one's who don't get it search hard to find and attract partners. same way I see in discovery channel how male bear searching for female bear in a 60 miles jungle. :D Also i have seen couples dynamic in sex life remains more close to each other. :) Anyway, what is your idea to attract women to have sex with you ? :D Walter 02-14-2002, 10:04 AM Originally posted by mahinder Anyway, what is your idea to attract women to have sex with you ? I tell her about Linux. DjPaj 02-14-2002, 10:09 AM I see 10 votes for "Too Old", how the hell are you too old for sex? I just don't envision those words ever coming out of my mouth! cperciva 02-14-2002, 10:12 AM Originally posted by DjPaj I see 10 votes for "Too Old", how the hell are you too old for sex? I just don't envision those words ever coming out of my mouth! Uhh, it's only one vote. There's ten votes for "too young", but I'm sure that *some* of us accept that as possible. JTY 02-14-2002, 10:12 AM Originally posted by Walter I tell her about Linux. I tell my girl friend the same thing. And, then she gets bored and wants to shut me up... :) mahinder 02-14-2002, 10:31 AM Originally posted by JTY I tell my girl friend the same thing. And, then she gets bored and wants to shut me up... :) oh man, don't screw yourself. didn't she hit you with bat or some object like that ? Oh well, These wonderful creatures don't like Linux kinda stuff they like windows more because its stylish, easy, cost money and color of windows match with there lipstick :D :D :D ToastyX 02-14-2002, 11:39 AM I'm depressed. :crying: It's Valentine's Day and I have no valentine. :bawling: Walter 02-14-2002, 03:41 PM Originally posted by JTY I tell my girl friend the same thing. And, then she gets bored and wants to shut me up... No, it works the other way: Tell her about Linux, say for at least half an hour, she will get so bored that she will think for something to stop you talking :) ProSam 02-14-2002, 04:04 PM Originally posted by ToastyX I'm depressed. :crying: It's Valentine's Day and I have no valentine. :bawling: Opposite to me. For the first time in my short life (24 Years) I have a girl to Valentine:D kmb999 02-14-2002, 04:55 PM Originally posted by JTY I tell my girl friend the same thing. And, then she gets bored and wants to shut me up... :) I found that using impressive computer terminoligy... err... impresses people. One time in 8th grade one of my teachers wanted to know what HTTP stood for, and I was the only one in the class who knew. Everyone was wondering how the heck I knew that (they were all impressed). Of course, I went on to get a 'D' in the class. :D mahinder 02-15-2002, 01:43 AM i read this article at askmen.com abstract from it sex for love, love for sex ------------------------------- If the old saying is true -- men use love to get sex, and women use sex to get love -- then why should a man buy the cow (love the woman) when he's getting the milk for free (having sex with no commitment)? Most men will agree with this statement. Then the same applies to women: why would she buy the cow (have sex with a man) when she can get the milk for free (her emotional needs are being satisfied without any commitment on her part)? Do you get my point? Men with the "best friend" labels have to be strong and say, "Enough is enough, no more free rides. If you really think of me as a best friend, and enjoy my company and all the warm feelings I instill in you, then you're going to have to date me if you want to keep them. Otherwise, I'm out of your life." A man has to be strong, confident, direct, and let the woman know that he will only give his time away to a woman that will not reject his heart. Get it on! so no more women should screw guys ! Pendulum 02-16-2002, 07:48 PM since your talking about (attempted) sex lives: http://scripters.cx/slipperyground.mpa laughed for hours after i saw that yesterday!! :emlaugh: :emlaugh: :emlaugh: :D :stickout :spiny:  ToastyX 02-16-2002, 08:37 PM What's a life? Some 10% of respondants are too young to be interested in sex, which seems to match closely with the age distributions reported among web hosting CEOs. 2. Almost exactly 50% of the respondants are in some form of relationship, which clearly belies the traditional image of the forever-single geek. 3. Being in a relationship makes sex significantly more likely; however, there is no evidence that, once a relationship exists, getting married makes sex any more likely. jimb 02-23-2002, 11:52 AM and I guess the Viagra isnt working for one person :D Jim SoftWareRevue 02-23-2002, 12:01 PM Originally posted by DjPaj I see 10 votes for "Too Old", how the hell are you too old for sex?
