Hi, lately whenever I make an animated banner in Animation Shop, the quality comes out REALLY bad. It used to work fine, and I dont remember ever changing anyhting, so I dont know whats wrong. I'm saving them on the highest quality, but they still come out terrible. Is there a setting somewhere or something that could have gotten messed up? Thanks for any help!

gif files are 256 colors maybe you forget that

What do you mean exactly?

I think you use .jpg to create animations, am I right? And you save your files as .gif! JPG is at least 16K Color and .gif is only 256 color. It is normal to be reduced quality if you do this...

I just made a banner that has only TWO colors in it, and when I go to save it, it comes out terrible. I dont know why it does this. :(

Yes, I am...it automatically opens when I go to save it.

ok u see there is box name "Customize..." click that and use it... if the problem still goes on and your animation wizard is legal version get support from the jasc...
