Hi everyone ,
1.I have problem with my Exim4 i have Cpanel vBulletin and when i try to send mails to all members in my forum the Exim check every message getting out so the load going to 40 - 90 what i can do to fix that to make Exim never check a PHP messages .

2.I have a mail address when i try to send mails from it some times it's work and sometimes i'ts not and i have many mails in my OUTLook 2004 and all of them work 100% but only this mail it's shows this error sometimes "An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'WebHostingTalk Help Please', Account: 'Mail5', Server: 'mail.mywebsite.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0B"
I have check the setting of it and all of them are fine i don't know what to do please help

1) I don't know of any way off the top of my head to stop exim from checking PHP messages. You could always just disable it from checking messages. It is checking that the sender listed in the hearder really exists.

In CPanel go to the exim configuration and uncheck the box for verifying the sender exists.

2) It's pretty hard to figure out what is wrong with your e-mail with no error number =/

Is your DNS conf correctly configured ? (means does it work properly?)
I might have an idea.

have you upgraded your WHM lately ?
i was checking a server for a friend his exim was also messed up after upgrading WHM to EDGE latest release , it sucks id always stick to STABLE .
Try : /scripts/reseteximtodefaults
Hope thats the case .
And why does it mess up i dont know i just noticed the same problem on another server yesterday and ur could be third :)
both servers exim problems were solved that way

Its not checking every message its sending each message one by one the way its designed to. You should expect a very high load if you have alot of emails to send out.

i havent tried vbulliten before , but i have a question for you
Doesnt it have like every thing else an option to switch between SMTP connection when sending or using sendmail -t ?
What is your current setting ? have you tried switching it ?

5need , i didnt work on vbulletin but am sure it in ur admin setting
somwhere should be called : configuration
search for the block where it asks for your mail setting type
normally there is SMTP ( and you will enter a valid email address of yours )
Or there is the other SENDMAIL ( if sendmail is not stated )
Then it is already bu default when you answer NO for the SMTP connection !

After i search i found this only

Enable "-f" Parameter
Some email servers require the "-f" parameter to be sent with email calls from PHP. If you are having problems with users not receiving email, try enabling this option. In all likelihood, your problem will not be caused by this setting.

What i can do now ?

Go for it then and try it , the -f option is surely when using sendmail !
So if your using SMTP now probably it will switch !

I will install vbulletin now to see where are the settings as well !

in server settings there is also :
*NIX Server Load Limit , set that to 4 or 5 ! your server shouldnt go any higher anyway !

What are using now with exim ? exiscan ? clamd ? spamd ?
Try turning those off ( clamd and spamd if running and try again ! )
