I want to set up a system whereby I can bill for advertising on a site automatically on a month by month basis but I dont have (nor do I want) a merchant account.
Basically, company A wants to advertise for 3 months and pays on a monthly basis at $x per month (or maybe even $x per click...) Each month they are rebilled until the billing cycle is up and then they are sent a reminder to tell them that it is due to expire to allow them to continue advertising or cancel before they are rebilled again.
Can anyone recommend who I can use? I have had a look at the usual suspects (IBill, CCBill, Globill etc) but none seem to have quite what I am looking for. I dont really mind what the fees are at this stage.
