You generally see the ***** when someone has repeatedly violated forum rules.
You would need to ask a mod about the specifics of this particular url.

A host will be banned from this forum for a _legit_ reason, so in this case I recommend you go with SplashHost.

Well I talked to my main guy, and I guess one of his coworkers just out right spammed the forums. So thats why, they will be back in 60 days or something like that. As far as I can tell they are pretty good.

I think I know who you're talking about. If I'm right you can try them. I know they had some server problems with there SSL or something and it took the server down yesterday and today and the owner ask me to look into it since we know each other and I did help. However I have no relation to ******.net

Yeah I actually have an account with them now. As far as I am concerned they are very good, albiet new but good. They have some of the best plans and great support.
