It is hosted on my servers, but is not mine, though I plan to place some ads there later (if it becomes popular enough), so I gave them hosting almost for free :D

They got domain www.hostboard.ru, then found webhostingtalk.com and decided to get webhostingtalk.ru domain, so i registered it.

It is very small now, but traffic rapidly grows, check stats:

The only thing, i will recommend the owners is to put a remark at all their pages something like this:

"Original idea is based upon www.webhostingtalk.com" with a link to this site.

As for ikonboard, why not? Now it is a very capable script, that i (personally) like even better than vBulletin. Ikonboard now is an SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL) based board with lots of features. Uses very few resources :)
