View Full Version : Is my webpage being sabotaged?

I wrote a web page to talk about how hundreds of worthwhile people were being either banned or driven out of a certain web community. (This is not related to my last posting). The people running the site I'm commenting on are some kind of computer engineers. It's been about nine months since I put this web page up and it still is quite hard to find. I know that the guy running the website I'm commenting on did write e-mails to sites that link to it falsely alleging that I was in violation of copyright laws to get them to take the link down. Do you think he is somehow keeping it from coming up on search engines? What is a good way to get listed on search engines?

getting a page on search engines isn't a very easy thing to do. it takes reverse links, keywords, and a lot of time... so I doubt theirs some conspiracy keeping your site out of the search engines

What are reverse links? What are keywords in this instance? Can you give me one tip?

Keywords would be dependent on what your website pertains to. It is hard to suggest keywords when we don't know the website.

Reverse links are other websites linking to yours.

You can do a search on Google regarding search engines and SEO.
