I have sent hosting4less two emails over the last week asking questions about their service but have not heard back from them - is that an indication of their support service? The other two answered quickly.

What I'm looking for is a host that offers FP extensions, 50mb storage, at least 3G traffic, FAST server, quick and knowledgeable support. Budject allows up to $20 month. I'd love to hear form people who have recommendations.

I've had 4 domains with amhosting for a couple of years now. Excellent service and reliability. From that standpoint I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The only reason I'm considering another host is cost. I'm at a point where I need more flexibility at a cheaper price; I'm very hesitant about moving my sites simply because of the quality performance I've gotten from amhosting... I'm afraid of what I might find out there. :(

I find it strange that hosting4less did not reply to you. Perhaps it's because of their expansion. However I urge you to call them using their toll-free number. They have always provided me with excellent support. I even called them just today and was told I needed to speak with a man named Dan (sales or billing I think?) about ASP support (whether they provided it.) He was not available at the moment, so I was asked to leave my name and a number I could be reached at. He called me back at in ten minutes and answered all of my questions. He also told me if I ever needed help with the installation of anything, I should contact their tech guy, Eric (he installed a messageboard for me when I was just getting started... no charge).

Ok, before I really start to get off track, let me focus and say that In my experience with hosting4less (been a customer for a year now) their support has always been excellent. They provided everything I paid for, no hassles, wonderful uptime, and prompt answers. -Ves

PS. Interesting enough, I am leaving them, but not for any issues with their service or support. Simply because I have an even smaller budget right now. I would stay if I had the money.

My 2 cents!

I've been with amhosting for over two years now, and so far their service has been great! As is the support, very reliable and fast. The only reason I've signed up with other hosting companies for my other domains is due to cost!
