Hi folks, I am looking for a web designer who can make a fairly nice looking design for QuadReseller.com. I am getting a whole bunch of new packages in, and the design has to be ready by the 10th of Jan 2005.

I can only pay $75 USD by PayPal, but I am not asking for much, below are what I require.

* 1 Page Site Design (PSD & HTML SOURCE)
* Nice Professional Hosting Look
I was thinking of something like med grey side bar going whole left side with 5 pixel indent, light grey main section, and a nice bright colorful tahiti/bali/hawaii beach shot with the title in it (perhaps 550 - 600 pixels x 100 - 175 pixels) but am open to suggestions
* NO FLASH!!!
* Fairly Decent CSS Coding :) (not talking about nutjob css where the whole damn site is just a .css file :O)
