Hi,
Nayble Hosting is looking to expand and open a new range of services within the web devolopment and design.
We currently have two experienced template designers, but are looking for three, maybe four more to make up a team.
Aim:The team will work both as a team and as individuals. And will work towards creating premium templates and free templates. Premium templates are to be sold at prices estimated by Nayble Management.
Rewards:Aswell as top grade hosting, any profits sold from the templates, will be sorted out as follow;
- 20% of any income, goes directly to Nayble.
- 80% of left over income, is sent to the designer(s)
If one designer is the creator of the template, then the full 80% is sent to that designer, in whatever payment method he chooses. If two or more designers work together on it. Then the 80% is divided equally unless the designers feel that one has worked on more then others then its to be divided accordingly.
If needed, statements will be signed by both Nayble and the Designer stating that Nayble will hand over 80% of money made from a template that he/she designed.
Please note: That Nayble doesnt actually get hold of any designs, and only screenshots are visible via the website. Designs would be organised between the designer and the customer.
