How can I change that failed email message deliveries wont be send to my email address: xxxx@xxx.xxx ?

I have three servers and only one is sending these messages to me.

Kinda hard to help with the amount of information you've provided.

What type of OS are you working with?
What type of control panel (if any) are you working with?

Hard to help without the above information, Not too good at reading minds (yet). ;)

Login to WHM > Server Setup > Change System Mail Preferences

Take a look in there, and set accordingly.
