View Full Version : Set up Nevada Bank Account over the Phone?

I recently setup a new Nevada corporation, but I'm sitting here scratching my head over setting up a bank account.

I'm not in Nevada (and don't want to fly there), so it makes things difficult to setup a corporate bank account.

Ideally, I could setup an account over the phone and have a local branch where I could make deposits.

Surely someone here has gone through this process. Any ideas?

I'm not sure in which country you are located, but if you are in the US I doubt that it makes any difference what state your bank is in.

Good luck.

I am in the USA. I was under the impression that the bank account must be opened in the state in which the corporate entity is based?

Maybe someone knows otherwise??

As long as you have your business Tax ID you can bank anywhere in the US to open business account.

You should be able to set up a bank account at your local bank. It should not matter where you are incorporated (for the bank account).
