I can decide what is worse hammering out all the details of starting a business with the partners or trying to figure out a design that everyone will like and isn't some everyday template. Maybe its just the day wake up to -40 C outside then car doesn't start, gf has to take a bus, then I hate everything I designed today lol maybe its time to go play call of duty and kick some butt hahaha I better stop before I starting rambling...

Good reason to have one person with the final say regarding those matters. You can try to please most people most of the time but you can't please everyone all of the time.

And I sympathize with your weather, although it's not -40 here it is very cold and snowing. `Tis the time for lots of snow.

Site design is very important abd definately something you should focus on. As an online business, you need to plan your site design / functionality very carefully.

We had -13C yesterday in the evening in South West Germany. Time to stop telling us crap about melting poles. It is getting colder and colder here...

this is actually the first year we KNOW for sure it will be a winter christmas, its been about 6-7 years where you never know, one christmas it rained, which is really odd for this area of canada.
