(ns1.frozen-host.net and ns2.frozen-host.net) cannot anybody help me?

2: Also On the remote desktop (windows 2003 Web edition) only two people at a time can login, and we
cant change the session limit if by any chance can you tell me why

Hello,

you can do that from the system :

DNS Manager
2. Forward Lookup Zones
3. Right Click to NEW ZONE
4. Standard Primary
5. Type name of the zone file HOSTNAME.COM
6. Finish
7. Right Click on the Created zone file to NEW HOST
8. Enter the IP of the Server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx DON'T CHECK ANYTHING
9. Click Yes To the ALERT message
10. Right Click on the Created zone file to ALIASES
11. Input alias name WWW
12. Input Hostname as in HOSTNAME.COM
13. Repeat 10 to 12 for aliases FTP, SMTP, POP3, MAIL

about the 2nd question i have no idea , because am linux fan , also i consider it as a security reason , more than 2 users into 1 system at the same time ?why?

Hello,

Check step 4

Repeat it and select secondary instead of primary , that's all .

yeh I done all that but the trouble is in the Domain Name panel under NameServers what do I put?

cos if I put the dns ip i get,

ERROR:
We were unable to add the name server 66.x.x.x for frozen-host.net. Please try syncing your name servers with the registry and then try again.

and I get the same error with the server ip as well,

ERROR:
We were unable to add the name server 67.x.x.x for frozen-host.net. Please try syncing your name servers with the registry and then try again.

Did you register them?

you have to create ns1 and ns2 or whatever you want

N.B: what is your domain registration provider?
