they seem pretty large specs for such a low cost. Given you're with one host who is experiencing issues and sells at that price point, might you not consider that low cost is pretty much always going to equal low quality/reliability?

And the fact that he's not selling anything at the moment doesn't suggest anything to you?

Thats a whole lot of space.. there are folks out there that do half that but make sure you check to see if they do have a good track record - or else its going to = downtime.
As always - the only two I've used (and have decent experience with, at a shared hosting level)
hostdime.com
and hostingplex.com
For most of my projects I keep them on a dedicated server.. at ev1.
Not sure about hostdime's plans these days - and hostingplex seems to be coming around slowly with their customer support - they had some problems but I'm glad they're fixing it up.
//just my three cents!

Well if I could get like 5 GB space and 30 GB Band and it have a free automated billing system like modernbill / whmautobill or something like that for like 10 11 dollars a month that would be fine, but I don't want to oversell my reseller without a back up. That I could put a couple of sites on if something ever happend

well - I don't know where you're going to find the free billing - I haven't heard of many hosts that offer that, even if you just have a manual place to stick the accounts if something ever happens.
Would be better than nothing.

Any h-sphere reseller provider offers this...
However,
I think this will be a little more difficult to find...

Glad to hear you dont want to oversell your reseller account - however, anyone offering the resources you're looking for for $10-$11 is most certainly overselling - significantly...
