Hello all!

A newbie here, have a question please. Currently I am with kmhost, and have been for about 8 months. I used to be very pleased with their support, uptime and prices for reseller plans. However, lately the downtime with server 7 has been absolutely horrid!!!! The darn thing has been down for 3 days now.

I would appreciate anyone else's opinion of km. They tell me they are reloading data and should be up again shortly, but I am really wondering about that. Is anyone else out here happy with them? Are there any other resellers out there that could be reccommended with good support, similiar pricing, etc etc?? I have the 3000,50000 reseller plan for $25 per mo right now.

Actually you can find such plans a lot nowadays on internet and if your not satisfied you can find a new host to accept you with better uptime
BUT you just said : it only happened this once since 8 months and you never experienced such , so give em a break ! sometimes sh*t happens and a hosting server would go mad !
It wouldnt go mad everyday !
I woke up one day to find my server down and wouldnt go up then i discovered it was HDD problem , took me around 48 hours to get another and restore backups , i think it would have been very hard if all my customers left me for just that day !
Give it a break , or another chance that would be fair
nb: i only gave my opinion depending on your own statement that they have never been down since 8 months !

I agree with Lebanon, it's technology and things DO go wrong. Cars don't always start, cellphones drop their connection, Radio reception can be spotty and servers can go wrong.

I understand it's frustrating when it's the server your site is on, it's just as frustrating for the guys trying to mend the server and answer all the support requests they are getting.

Thanks guys, appreciate your comments. I absolutely understand that s*** happens, and I have cut them alot of slack the last 6 weeks, that is about how long this has been going on. I just got word that apparently the server crashed and burned, so have to take it from there now.
