I use both of those on our mail server, but we use Plesk, not CPanel. I believe that there's a setting in CPanel if you are using SpamAssassin in it's config file that will let you set this up.

DSBL and RBL are globally accepted SPLAMBLOCKS and hence it will add more filters to your server from the unwanted spam and virus mails...

Hence it is more advisable to enable them for the mail filters... Checkout cpanel.net or the respective mail server site that you are using to enable the spam blocks

before enable "RBL" our server getting more then 40000 spam mails per day but after enable "RBL" now get only 2000-3000

enable "RBL" mean get you will get more support request about mails

This isn't the case if you let your customers know why they may get some rejected mails beforehand....

I configured exim to check RBLs and started to monitor exim_rejectlog for false positives. First thing that happened was that my own server blocked my email because my ISP ip address was blocked. Further investigation revealed that most ISP from here have many of their dinamic IPs blocked, so I had to go back to non RBL-filtered state (which I hate because except for this matter, it was working fine)

Try to explain this to a customer who doesn't care about this but wants his mails....
