I just had Psoft.net install site studio on my ensim server. I'm a newbie. I seem to be having trouble communicating with psoft support. I need step by step instruction on how to add site studio to a web hosting customer. I looked at their site, but they seem to have every guide except for a site studio admin guide. Supports answers are too short or technical for me to understand what they are talking about. Anyone out there have experience using site studio.

I like their demo, but I need something simple. Like open up the admin page, type in the url, password... and then send the user a url to build their web page. Their support isn't the best & I cann't find the instrustion manual. Any suggestions? All I need to do is get started.

Help!

Why don't you post this in their support forum?

Umm, OK, I did that (post at psoft.net forum), has anyone else installed this on their web server? I had some questions I wanted to ask a customer that has site studio fully functioning. I do have it installed.

Well, what's the point of posting at webhostingtalk.com when you have already posted in psoft?

People who frequent psoft's support all have site studio installed, while most of us here at webhostingtalk.com don't have it. Anyone who has site studio and frequents here would also(I presume) browse psoft's forum.

Well, if you look at how many people frequent psoft.net forum, it really no comparison to WHT. I think WHT gets more in an hour that psoft.net gets in a year??? No slight to psoft.net forum, it's just that WHT forum seems to be the forum of choice. However, by the response this thread has gotten, you point is taken, not too many site studio admins here.
