R.Harrison 12-19-2004, 04:30 AM I'm looking to get an account with this company soon, and I heard a few good things in the irc chatroom but havnt heard many problems that have gone on with them.
How has your expierance with sonataweb.net been?
How is their support?
Their pricing?
and finally, their uptime?

ianedge 12-19-2004, 06:04 AM I went with them after the zoneserv fiasco...
I found a deal in the Hosting Offers section, mailed Terry to ask if I could host more than what it said (he said no problems - answered mail within 10 mins!).
Havent had to use support yet, havent noticed any downtime whatsoever, pricing - look for offers in that section on WHT or email Terry like I did
dmdstar 12-30-2004, 12:06 PM I was very leary due to the low prices, but I know there are some good low-priced hosts out there. The addage "you get what you pay for" does NOT always apply.
I got ahold of Terry via AIM, and he offered very specific information about their servers & company organization, without padding anything. It gave me enough confidence to try them. I transferred one of my accounts to them to test, and have to say, it's going incredibly smoothly. Sonataweb is also expanding now. Of course, time will tell, but am considering a reseller account, and will probably go with them if this domain stays good for awhile.
Another note, Terry is on AIM & Yahoo practically 24/7. I'm serious, I don't think he sleeps, so he is easy to get ahold of, and more than willing to answer your questions. I found him to be a very personable fellow.
So... as short as it has been so far, that is my experience.
NeoGen 12-30-2004, 02:25 PM If I am not wrong Terry is having team of about 2-3 people. I know of Mstar, who is also active on WHT.
Anyway, dmdstar your decision reinforces my belief in Sonataweb, its been about 75 days, since I joined Sonataweb and am happy with them.
Good work Terry! Keep it up.
nickn 12-30-2004, 02:56 PM Can't go wrong with Sonataweb :)

As I always tell you, sleep is for the weak. No really, I sleep ... sometimes. Anyway, it's good to hear that you're satisfied with our services, each and every review of us brings a smile to my face. If you ever have any questions just let me know.
