On a recently re-installed Raq4, I attempted to install all of the patches from Sun's site. Upon a final reboot, the webserver won't start. I tried to start it manually without joy.

[admin /etc]$ /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart

httpd: could not open error log file /var/log/httpd/error.

touch: creating `/var/lock/subsys/httpd': No such file or directory

What's the problem here? Do I have to start over with the restore CD?
