What's this business ? I mean, I've used pool for backordering and it has a good service ... but this marketplace thing ?
So, they grab expiring domains even if nobody backordering then they promote them in a stupid dutch auction ??
How can I do that ? I mean, what happens next ? What if nobody buys the domain in the dutch auction ? do they drop the domain again ?
Well, the domains that are features at the marketplace isn't owned by pool.com. Anyone can put up a domain there.
Pool doesn't backorder a domain if nobody requested it.

it doesn't make any sense, see again :
1.- The domain is recently expired, so I guess, if a someone catch it, it can't sell it immediatly.
2.- The whois information show pool's information.
3.- Backorder in pools starts at $60.00, the domain is in DUTCH action which means, it will cost less and less as the time goes. So, it doesn't make anysense for a guy to grab a domain at 60.00 and auction it immediatly after it for a lower value.
Regards,
Hmm..
Checked it out again, and you're right there. You don't grab a domain for $60+ and put in in a dutch auction where you will get a maximum of $60 back.
Perhaps pool.com puts all domains that people put a snap on without paying in dutch auction..?
Will Pool.com make any changes to the WHOIS information for the domain?
Yes, Pool.com will set the DNS (website) and email information to point to Pool.com marketing tools designed to help promote and sell the domain. All other domain WHOIS information will be as you set forth in your Pool.com account information.
