Hello,
We are looking for experienced support personnel to provide remote technical support for whm/cpanel based servers - both end user support and sysadmin tasks.
You MUST:
- NOT be a 3rd party outsourcing business - we are only interested in individuals, to provide more personal support.
- Be able to cover mornings, GMT GMT (8am-1pm for example) and ideally afternoons too.
- Have previous experience of hosting technical support including some or all of: whm/cpanel/apf setup/troubleshooting dn issues/forum support
- Be enthusiastic about the job - hosting support is a labour of love, not a job you will make millions at!
- Have excellent client communication skills, with an excellent command of English
- Be able to provide references and/or reference sites where you have provided support before

Would suit someone in Australia or Europe, since the core hours do not really suit US based personnel.
