I am thinking about offering a link to a good credit card processor on my web hosting site. I am looking to join an affiliate program with one of those places. I am looking for something that will pay me recurring revenue for my refferals, and that has $0 setup fees. Can anybody recommend a good processor?

I think it is on their reseller agreement. What URL did you download it from?

I have another URL but not too sure if I should be posting it or not. I cannot find it "live" on the site. I'll ask Chris if it is OK.

Thanks for the mention, Infexion, Haddy & Corey. :)
One quick note regarding the URL that you listed - it was a bit oudated and it is now properly linked to the up to date PDF reseller agreement. Sorry for any confusion on that.
On a general level, in terms of any merchant account reseller program that anyone is contemplating, my suggestion is to look for a program that provides you with lifetime residual income - regardless of how few or how many accounts you refer.
This way you don't have to be tied down to producing a certain amount or else losing your residual income. Even though merchant account sales is likely a side source of income for most Web hosts... it can still add up in a big way over time and so you should make sure that your agreement with any merchant processor protects you in that regard.
In addition, a program that offers a true residual profit sharing structure is a definite plus. There are many programs these days that merely offer a "buy rate" which is an artificially marked up cost and then a small split above that... the end result is that the processor makes a lot and the affiliate makes very little at all.
It is also definitely a plus if you have a program that lets you offer a free setup for the merchant account & gateway - as this will help you close many more sales and thus generate a much larger portfolio in a shorter period of time.
The ability for you as a reseller to waive fees like monthly minimums, annual fees, or waive termination fees or adjust merchant pricing is also a benefit as again, this will help you to obtain accounts that otherwise might opt to go elsewhere.
There are lots of other things to contemplate with any reseller program - such as whether you get online reporting of merchant account status, online commission reports, the ability to setup a co-branded application from your site or have the customer submit from your site to initiate the process and many other things related to that.
These are all things to keep in mind when comparing one reseller program with another. It isn't enough to just compare %, for instance, as you need to know what the % is OF. (i.e. 50% of $100 is much better than 100% of $5 and so forth)
Hope this info is helpful!
