Personally I worship this company!!
I get all my domains from them!

They give out plenty of FREE features and their 24/7 live chat ROCKS!!!
I have never clicked on that link without getting a response within 2minutes!!
Their techies are okay (not the best) - but they remain cool and friendly all the time and they generally know what they're talking about.

Even though they are resellers, I think they do a marvelous job on everything!

KEPP IT UP REGISTER FLY!

Now i wanna know what you guys think about them? Any experiences: bad/good - post

Holler~

|i hope this is the right section to post this|

Registerfly are tops. I've been with them for a few years and have only had 1 minor glitch in all that time.

I like them aside their horrendously slow website.

I'll never use them. 2 years ago I've registered a .ws name with them but after 2 months domain is transfered to another person without warming me. I was seeing the domain on control panel however when I checked whois I saw different contact and registrant/dns information. They didn't try to resolve this program. So that I'll never use them....

I have been with registerfly for about two years now.

The tech support/live chat could do with improvment. the response time could be better. Sometimes even for live chat, I have had to wait for 30 minutes! Some of the webpages could also do with a redesign to make it easier to manage domains.

They send out emails with frequent promo deals with good prices to existing customers, infact so frequent, it makes me wonder why not make it a standard feature for existing customers?

Overall they are good. For the prices they charge, they offer fair value.
