I have read threads on Donhost being a bad hosting company with there abrupt email replies etc.. but I have also read threads where they have terminated peoples resellers accounts when they reach 20gb of bandwidth per month even tho they advertise 50gb.

Can they do this and get away with it? surely you could sue the arse of them.

Has anybody been in a similar situation, what did you do?

Hi, I have a donhost reseller and have had the abrupt emails etc. However if they even tried to terminate my reseller because of reaching 20 gig of bandwidth i would sue them. They cannot get away with it its a breah of contract and its in the UK so it would also be against the sale and supply of goods act 1999.
So my advice to anyone who donhost do this to would be to seek legal advice ASAP.
