Im looking for advice on web hosting providers. I need one that will allow me to run vBulletin on the site, at least 2 email accounts that I can access via POP3, 100megs or more storage (i figured i would need a lot with vBulletin), very low cost, and someone that takes paypal because i dont use credit cards.

Can someone point me in the right direction, and also tell me what i should look for. The site is really just a testing ground of me to learn html (i attend college now).
