Well well, searching through our logs I see that the wonderful people at http://www.tcaim.com/index.php have stolen the graphics and total design of the boxes on the right hand side of their site directly from us. They did not even change the wording of the text, let alone apply a style sheet to the text....

OUR IMAGE: http://www.megahosters.com/images/righticons_48.gif

THEIR IMAGE: http://www.tcaim.com/images/right_icons/righticons_48.gif

I find this funny becasue they claim to be a design and hosting company and they can not even use original stuff for their website in the first place.

I tried contacting them with no luck regarding this. I'll post back once I hear their more then likely lame excuse for doing this.

Have a look at the exact copy they made... Have a look at their site and then look at our site. (Link is in my signature).

What drives people to do this? We bust our butts to make a design that is ours and then people come and just think they can take certain elements of it.

What should I do?

BAD MONKEYS!

You will not be able to contact them :) And do not worry. I don't think they are in business any way.

I know that because I know about the guy behind it and another site. He is someone who is trying to do everything by himself but he can't. I believe he will redesign the site. He currently has no ongoing successful business.

He called me and explained to me that he outsourced his design to a russian individual who must have stolen the images.

None the less he apologized and removed them from his website.

An apology and removal of the images is good enough for me. He was actually a very nice guy. If he works at it he should be successful.

Anyway, this thread is done.
