I recevied two error messages from my server via email, any idea what does it mean??

Cron <root@ns2> run-parts /etc/cron.daily

Error: Can't open log file /home/sites/www.xyz.com/logs/web.log
Error: Can't open log file /home/sites/www.abc.net/logs/web.log

It was from the Cron Daemon.

Those messages can prob. just be ignored. They are from the daily webalizer run (web statistics). My guess is that they are new sites and they do not have any traffic yet.
