Couple of days ago, i ordered backorder for one domain, but godaddy failed to backorder that domain for me.

some one from enom registered that domain.

Now my question is, can i get my money back from godaddy?

I use paypal to pay them.

When i contact godday regarding refund, they said it cann't be refund, however i can use the credits to backorder another domain. :rolleyes:

Nope. If you want to play the game, you must read the rules.

No refunds from StopMommy. They don't play the drop game very well because of the system and the minimal connections they have to the registry. I stopped using them for drops for about 8 months and recently bought 9 back orders just to have some depth. Now I remember why I dislike them. It is a long and tedious process to change the domain you have backordered when it fails (they usually do). I will say though that I did catch a good name with one of their Back Orders last week that I also had in other systems so it "can" happen.

7 hours gone since enom got that domain.... but in godaddy system they have old records.

surprisingly their system last checked for the domain is about 12 hrs ago.

StopMommy? Yes, I have registered 27 domain names with somebody else. In my book, that suit that wasted ~1 hour of my time owes me at least 5 domains. Blah.
