What is the best way to debug Windows 2003 Crashes?

If its windows 2003 web edition I would sugest uninstallin the last program you installed and see if the box runs ok - 9 times out of 10 the program will not be fully compatible.

Debugging is not a pleasant task and it would take a month of sundays to try and explain it here.
