What are peoples experiances like with supanames?

They have good pricing and everything else looks good... just how reliable does everyone find them? so far when I have emailed them they have been quick to respond.

I have had some dealings with them and they appear to be okay. Having said that, I do believe they have some kind of connection with Donhost, which is not really a good thing.

They also offer "unlimited" bandwidth, which should be taken with a pinch of salt.
