NOT a dedicated server question.

I just purchased a shared hosting (virtual server) account on rackshack.net for evaluation...$10/mo. Looking for any comments out there about rackshack virtual server (not dedicated). What's your experience?

My first email trouble ticket was answered in six hours.

Although I don't have personal experience, we did get 2 clients who were unhappy with their virtual hosting account at Rackshack due to extended downtime and hardware problems which weren't resolved for weeks.

That was a while ago though.
