Can someone please explain to me why the browser does not show up the index.htm file when I type in ngogroup.com? The only address my website will show up is the full address www.ngogroup.com.

Is there a way to fix this problem? Please help ....

Contact your hosting provider. It is a DNS issue.

first thing to check is if you are using URL forwarding. Most URL forwarding will only work with the www. If you want it to resolve without the www then ask the dns provider to set it up on the back end.
