What would this image host sell for

1. Brandable 5 letter .com(possibly the best possible image host name)
2. Google pagerank 4
3. Often number 4-5 in yahoo for free image hosting related searches
4. 1-2k unique visitors to the sites pages a day(ad bearing views not image hits)
5. Server costs are all covered with 100-500 in monthly profit?(google adsense is often inconsitent:()
6. All custom coding, no scripts used, nice clean layout with forum integration for there registered users?(aut creates a forum account for them when they register)

Im not going to list the url here, but if you realy know what your doing while appraising a site pm me and if you can keep it between me and you ill let ya know what it is.

Thanks

it goes from 1-5 percent up and down, some weeks 0 clicks, some weeks alot of them. adsense isnt a very effective form of advertising for image hosting :(

Well it's normally 12 - 16 months net profit for a website, so you can do the math.

There's no real norm in terms of pricing. It varies from industry to industry and business model to assets etc.,

This is a questions that might be best asked someplace like Geekvillage ( http://geekvillage.com/forums/ ) or Sitepoint ( http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/ )

That's what I've seen so far

If I was buying it, I would probably graph all the monthly incomes and make a table. I would find out why certain months were lower and certain months were higher. If it is VERY inconsistent, then risk is greater to a person like me, I wouldn't pay much.

I sold my image host for $5,000 USD. However, mine was one of the originals and was a bit more popular and made an average of $750/mo. (sometimes in the $x,xxx, sometimes in the $.5xx) Good luck with selling it nonetheless.
