It is up to others to decide wether prices are ok for them. I just want to comment on their services since i have been a customer for a while. I am from The Netherlands and for me their prices where interesting since there are not that many European offers. Ping/traceroute and speed are excellent for me. Especially since the physical location is not in my own country.

Just to back up my experiences, although you might get better depending on your location:

Dutch University to Boxes:
Average ping (out of 20): 6.5ms
Single wget/lftpget (200mb file) average: 5.6 MB/sec
Traceroute (not installed on the university box)

Swedish University box
Average ping (out of 20): 18.5ms
Single wget/lftpget (200mb file) average: 4.3 MB/sec
Traceroute (6 hops)

Home connection:
Average ping (out of 20): 20 ms
Single wget/lftpget (50mb file) average: 875 KB/sec (my limit)
Traceroute (11 hops)

Just remember that these are for my situation and yours can be even better. Just ask for a file to speed test or an ip to ping.

Normally i don't care for recommendations but since i am a very satisfied customer i felt like doing something in return for the great service they provide. Very helpful and friendly support.

Hope you can decide better when choosing a server.

yes, thats right. we usually state your tax number in the invoice, so you shouldnt have problems with the VAT in your country.
