I need a membership (Open Source) and subscription management script.
It needs to support the following payment systems:

PayPal
2Checkout
NoChex
Stormpay

and allows you to setup paid-membership areas on your site.

I need to have intergration with Mambo CMS (mamboserver.com) as an optional.

Features that must have:

1. Able to support multiple payment systems simultaneously.
2. Currency support for British pounds and Euros (don't care about dollars)
3. Special login interface where members can login, review payments, renew subscription.
4. Support for multiple products with different prices, period of subscription and level of access
5. Can be used as stand-alone user management script
6. Easily add/modify/remove members
7. Automated signups and mail to new and expired users
8. Manage an unlimited number of members
9. Can be used to setup free areas on site, requiring only registration, not payment (possible after admin approval)
10. Web based administration
