For the last 2 days I have been unable to visit the resellers website www.dathorn.com. When I try to ping it, I get "Unknown host". Anyone have any idea why? I can't access the Cpanel either. I have a website with them and my website is working fine though.

The site loads fine for me (France) ATM.

Very strange. Maybe a router or something is broken between me and them.

Did you try to access them with another computer or via a proxy, in order to check your IP didn't get blocked ?
I had the same once, when a host had a DDOS attack and blocked some IPs...

In Canada here. Site took about 3 times longer then most sites to load, but it did load in the end.

this "site viewer" lets you see is a site can be found from their location. .....I use it to check domain propagation. its like checking from a different isp.
