Now I know most of you already know about cogent and what they offer, I just found out today :). On monday I plan on contacting them and seeing if they can provide service to a Building I plan on leasing. What I want to know is do you think they are a great company to use and also some past good and bad expierences with them.

Also for anyone who has had them install service for them they charge like $1000 but what else do you have to pay for and how long do they normally take?

I'm think I heard it's very ahrd to get them to come to your building if it isn't already lit. There will also have to be heavy demand for it in your building you plan to lease. It also has to be Very big. Someone else should have clearer answers.
