i need to build an ECOMMERCE website for a client that is based in CHINA. I Need to know if anyone knows a credit card processor/gateway that is not PAYPAL. This gateway must be able to accet CHINESE/INTERNATIONAL credit cards, CHINESE DEBIT CARDS of major banks and hopefully has a module to integrate with OS COMMERCE software

http://www.2000charge.com/ is a prett good company. They are only an electronic payment gateway (like authorizenet.com, LinkPoint, Verisign, Netbilling), but have affiliations with processors to help offer complete merchant processing.

I do not think though that osCommerce has a module yet for 2000charge, so you also might look into Netbilling as well

I know Netbilling has an OScommerce module. We love them so far,

I think netbilling would be a good option too, but I dont think they provide you with the debit cards you would like to accept.
