Xlusive 12-13-2004, 07:11 AM you mean , you have clients, and they also help them ? ... instead of you helping them ? X Lubby 12-13-2004, 10:58 AM I can't think of any companies off the top of my head that would do support for your clients although I know their are a few out there. However you may also want to check into outsourced support companies. http://www.rootsupport.com and http://www.touchsupport.com are two I have had good experiences with and might be able to help you out. pixelvibe 12-13-2004, 12:18 PM Originally posted by Xlusive you mean , you have clients, and they also help them ? ... instead of you helping them ? X Yeah, that's the idea. To better your response time. I was just curious if there were already firms out there that do that kind of thing. They basically log into your ticket system, and respond for clients =) iGabe 12-13-2004, 12:25 PM There are quite a few. I've been on the lookout for a month or two now for hosts that support resellers customers. Pull a search for "end-user support" and you should get some. A few off the top of my head(I know I'm forgetting some, so ask if you need more options): www.olm.net www.osgen.net www.micfo.com www.assortedinternet.com www.hostingzoom.com www.varhosting.net http://x1services.com/reseller.shtml - extra fee resellers.lonex.com - extra fee u2mike.com - extra fee (ask them.. I found out via WHT Host Quote) www.diyhosting.com extra fee (ask them for prices, not listed on front pages) (P.S. Listed in no particular order whatsoever.. random ;) ) edit: I want to clarify that "end-user support" doesn't always mean they support your customers too. I've just found that I get the most search results for this that way... because search for "hosts that support my clients" doesn't target very well :) Xlusive 12-13-2004, 01:03 PM i do all my clients via instant messaging, and i do also theire clients :P, since there are like no problems with the server, and they just ask for information or need help with theire site, its a benifit, because then you get to know the people a bit better :) but thats my oppionion :) Xlusive pixelvibe 12-13-2004, 01:31 PM some of them can guarantee 15 minute response time. thats a pretty big improvement. i dont care how error free your servers are, or how many staff you have, thats pretty tough to beat. plus they do live sales support too which is cool. it's not an appropriate service for my client either, but i was just wondering what was available =) iGabe 12-13-2004, 02:53 PM Let me add that many hosts don't advertise supporting end-users even if they do. And a lot of others will do it, even if not listed, if you just ask.. so don't be shy ;) hostspice 12-18-2004, 11:27 AM Originally posted by pixelvibe Does anybody know of any companies that will help you look after your helpdesk/support center?
