Sorry if I am posting this message to wrong forum/section.

I just installed WHMAUTOPILOT and have done most of the configuration. All the things are working as expected but I am having a serious issue with customer order confirmation e-mail not being delivered to customer.

SO here is the problem.

When the customer orders a pkg, whmap does account creation and also sends mail of the the whmap admin mail address but unfortunately whmap is not sending mails to customer's defined e-mail address at the time of pkg ordering. I have also tried manually sending e-mail to customer using whmap admin and from the customer order details section but still e-mail does reach to customer.


I have already checked WHMAP manual so many times and couldn't catch any problem.

I am sure there are people who know the answer to this problem.

Is the email address of the customer something@thedomainyouarehostingforthem.com ? If so the mail will be delivered locally as the server sees it hosts the domain.

well there is a difference....

Does it appear to send, but you simply don't receive it, or does it give an error when it tries to send?
